In recent years the practice has been involved in a wide range of projects including residential, commercial and institutional (ecclesiastical). The residential projects include renovations, extensions to existing properties and new construction.

Commercial projects vary from the development of modular technology to the design of office accommodation.

Institutional or ecclesiastical commissions range from designing service facilities for an existing church to the design of a new church and community facility.

The full scope of the Services offered to clients include:Applications for Planning Permission and where necessary Listed Building Consent; Building Standards Approval and any other Local & National approvals.

To achieve this, the services include: site evaluation, feasibility studies, preliminary through to complete designs. The preparation of construction drawings and specifications.

Following receipt of the necessary approvals, Tender Documents can be prepared and competitive contracts negotiated with qualified contractors. The supervision together with monthly valuations of the contract can then be provided through to completion.

Work undertaken by the practice ranges in value from 25K to £1.5 million.

The practice is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance.
