The Victorian property enjoys splendid views over the famous Old Course and the beach, sitting as it does on the high ground above the University Science Buildings.

Planning Permission was obtained for the redevelopmentof this very fine corner property into a 5 star residence for world class golfers when they come to St. Andrews to play on the Old Course.

The brief called for the existing building to be substantially extended and completely renovated to create the quality of accomodation and services expected by their clientele.
